What Bank do you use?

• Westpac Bank

Do I need to place a Reference number when making an Internet Payment or a Physical Deposit at Westpac Bank?

• Yes, Please use your 4 digit order number as your reference number, this way we can identify your payment quickly.

• This can be found in the Order Confirmation email.

Can I cancel my order?

• Yes, as long as it has not shipped already

• Just let us know quickly so we can place the items back into stock

What Freight Companies do you use?

• Fastway Couriers for regular urban or metro centres. This is our preferred option.

• We use NZ Post for PO Boxes and Rural addresses or for those that won't be home for a signature delivery.

Can I use Fastway Couriers and request for non Signature delivery?

• Yes you can, just make a comment in the comments field of the shopping cart when going through the checkout process.

• You can even ask for a note to be placed on the packing slip to leave the pakage in a special place so it's safe. Just let us know what is best for you.

• Please note if using this option, you won't be covered if the item is stolen.

What are your Freight Costs?

• $4.50 - $8.00 depending on the size of your order and depending on address type.
• $8.00 is the maximum Freight charge regarless to any Nth or Sth Island New Zealand address.
• International Customers are charged NZ Post's Postage cost.
