  • Iconix is independently owned by a New Zealand Registered Company called "Conpania Holdings Ltd"

  • Our Business has been operating since the 16th of March 1994.

  • We began with a retail shop in Hastings, supplying Hawke's Bay shoppers with Posters, Comics, Games and Quality Gifts -
    Now we are an online shop, able to supply the same quality products and service to shoppers throughout New Zealand .

  • Want a Book and you can't get it locally, give us a try, as we may be able to get it within 10 days from the USA, just email us for availability. You might just be surprised on price.

 

SHIPPING & ORDERS

  • Credit Card orders are shipped the same day as long as they are placed before 3.00pm.

  • Orders Paid by Internet Banking or Cash Deposit will be shipped once payments can be identified in our account. This is normally the day after payment has been made.

  • Please make sure you add your 5 digit order number in the payment reference details so we can identify your payments quickly. This can be found in your order confirmation email.

  • We prefer to use Fastway Couriers for all Regular Urban addresses for all the main centres. If you have a Rural address or a PO Box etc we use NZ Post.

  • Please note when using NZ Post it is your responsibility to have a safe and secure letter box. Replacements will only be sent out once a successful claim has been made with NZ Post. Where possible we will use a tracked service.

  • The average delivery times for Fastway Couriers are: North Island 1-2 days, South Island 2-3 days. NZ Post is 2-4 working days.

 

PRE-ORDERS & OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

  • If an item is listed as a Pre-Order for future release, these items need to placed as a separate order from items currently in stock. However if the Pre-Order Dates are the same they can be placed together.

  • Pre-Order items will be shipped as soon as they arrive or so that they arrive to you on the International Release date(s).

  • If an item is out of stock and you are happy to wait then feel free to order these items in a separate order as we will try an obtain them for you. Some items that have 0 stock qty showing maybe out of print, hence why they can't be added to the cart. If an out of stock item is ordered and we can't obtain it for you we will get back to you as soon as we have made contact with our suppliers.

 

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

  • Iconix will not provide a refund where the customer has changed their mind about a product. However, if the product is faulty we will replace it, as per our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, 1994, or provide a full refund if a replacement is not available.

  • Faulty products must be returned to Iconix before a Replacement will be sent.

  • No Returns will be accepted without a prior confirmed returns acknowledgment.

  • All prices listed on our Site are in New Zealand dollars and include GST

  • The Iconix Company Logo and signage and all other Images and Logo's, licenced or otherwise are owend by their respective copyright holders and may not be reproduced without permission. Copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights protect them. You may view, copy and print portions of our website for the sole purpose of placing an order with us. The materials on our website may not be used for any other purpose.

  • We understand that privacy is important, so we do not collect any information about visitors to our site unless asked to do so, (for example, by filling out a form or sending an e-mail.) Like you, we hate SPAM (unsolicited e-mails) and encourage you to take action against people who send it. Any information used to place orders or complete forms on this site is considered to be confidential and private.

  • We never sell, give or trade our mailing list or other information about our customers.

  • We do not store credit card information on the site.

  • You will only receive e-mail from us (other than in the normal course of processing your order) if you specifically request to be on one of the mailing lists.

WHOLESALE

  • If you are a New Zealand Retailer and you would like to stock some of the items we have on offer, feel free to contact us.

  • We work on low margins so all orders are cash up front. This can be pre-paid via Internet Banking.

  • Commercial Credit Card payments are also accepted for Wholesale Accounts but attract a 3% surcharge.

  • You must be a New Zealand Registered Company and able to supply a Certificate of Incorporation.

  • Once this is supplied we can set you up with an Online Account.
